Ms. Rasha Bader, BSE, MBA, PMP holds the Global Tobacco Control Certificate from Johns Hopkins – Bloomberg School of Public Health. She heads the Planning and Project Management Unit at the CCO, and is the Operations Manager for Global Bridges in the Eastern Mediterranean. She leads strategizing, business development and relationship building, and communication. She played a pivotal role in designing and managing the Strengthening National Tobacco Control Project, supervised a legislative review, conducted a policy assessment, and designed and facilitated stakeholder workshops. She led CCO’s efforts in incorporating NCD prevention curriculum and training under the National Healthy Schools Accreditation Program, in incorporating smoke-free requirements under the criteria for King Abdullah II Award for Institutional Excellence, and in launching a national smoke-free certificate. She has extensive experience in designing and developing training programs, designing evaluation schemes, and delivering training workshops.
