Kate M Gunn
Kate works part time as a Clinical Psychologist and part time as the Cancer Council SA Post-Doctoral Research Fellow (Cancer Support) at the Flinders Centre for Innovation in Cancer, School of Medicine, Flinders University. She supervises several Masters and PhD students and has a strong research interest in how best to provide psychosocial care to people affected by cancer, rural mental health, online support interventions and help-seeking behaviour. Kate’s PhD was focused on how the social, emotional and practical needs of rural cancer patients could be better addressed and led to the development of a supportive care website, www.countrycancersupport.com.au
