Dr. Ahmad Aboshaiqah is Assistant Professor and Dean of Nursing College, King Saud University Saudi Arabia. He has a PhD in Nursing, College of Nursing, Wayne State University, Detroit, MI, USA, M.S. in Health Systems Management, a BSN from the George Mason University, Fairfax, VA, USA and BS in Health Services Administration , a Master in Health & Hospital Administration, King Saud University, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
His work experiences have been varied ranging from being a medical supplies manager, an ambulatory care service representative, staff nurse, nurse educator, and most recently as the Chairman of the Nursing Administration and Education Department of the King Saud University. Dr.Aboshaiqah dissertation was about nurses perception about patient safety culture in Saudi Arabia hospitals. Dr.Aboshaiqah research interests in patient safety, quality of care, quality of education, medication safety.
